Smart SEO Scanner Affiliate Terms

1. Joining

Anyone can apply. We review applications and may approve or decline any of them, and we can close an account that breaks these terms. You must give accurate contact details and keep them current.

2. Referrals and tracking

A referral is credited to you when a visitor arrives through your personal link and signs up for Smart SEO Scanner while your referral cookie is still valid. If a visitor used several partners' links, the most recent link usually wins. Tracking relies on cookies, so visitors who block or clear cookies may not be credited. Our records decide which referrals count.

3. Commission

Your commission rate is shown in your dashboard and may differ between partners. Commissions start as pending and become approved once the refund or chargeback window for that payment has passed. Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or self-referred purchases do not earn commission, and commissions already paid on them may be deducted from future payouts. We may change rates going forward with notice; changes don't affect commissions already approved.

4. Tiered rewards

When tiered rewards are enabled for this program, partners you invite through your partner signup link are linked to you, and you may earn a smaller share of commissions they generate. This is a reward for introducing partners, not for recruiting alone; nothing is paid for signing someone up as a partner.

5. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid manually on a regular schedule once you've added payout details in your profile. We may hold small balances until a minimum is reached. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and we may ask for tax forms before paying.

6. How you may promote

Be honest. Do not spam, make claims about Smart SEO Scanner that aren't true, promise results or income, bid on our brand name in paid search, impersonate us, use cookie stuffing or misleading redirects, or refer yourself. Say clearly that you may earn a commission (for example, "affiliate link") wherever the law or the platform requires it.

7. Our brand

You may use our name and logo only to promote Smart SEO Scanner and only as long as you are an approved partner.

8. Ending the agreement

Either side can end this agreement at any time. If we end it because the terms were broken, unpaid commissions may be forfeited; otherwise we'll pay approved commissions earned before the end date.

9. Liability

The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you in the previous three months.

10. Changes
